North Korea: UN Security Council Condemns Country's Rocket Launch at Emergency Meeting

North Korea said the satellite Kwangmyŏngsŏng-4 was successfully put into orbit. Other nations have said the launch was a missile test, in violation of U.N. sanctions. The meeting took place Sunday.
