Bill Cosby: Court Rejects Comedian's Bid to Dismiss Sexual Assault Charge From 2004 Incident

A Montgomery County, Pa., judge ruled Wednesday that former District Attorney Bruce Castor's promise of immunity toward Cosby in 2005 was not legally binding. The case can now move forward.
