US Marshals Service: Houston Man Says He Was Arrested for Not Repaying 29-Year-Old Student Loan

Paul Aker told Fox News that he was arrested by U.S. Marshals at his home last week for a $1,500 federal student loan from 1987, and he was required to sign a payment plan at a federal court.
