Master P: Rapper Sued for Failing to Bring Out Snoop Dogg During Concert

A promoter in Dubai is suing due to a $255,000 deposit, TMZ reports. Master P was allegedly supposed to return the deposit when Snoop Dogg failed to appear during the show.
