John Kerry: US Secretary of State Says 17-Nation Group Agrees to Ceasefire and Aid Expansion in Syria

Kerry said the target was to implement a "nationwide cessation of hostilities" within a week. He added that humanitarian aid to besieged parts of Syria would also be expanded immediately.
