FIFA: Ex-General Secretary Jerome Valcke Banned by Federation's Ethics Committee for 12 Years

Valcke was found guilty of several offenses, including misconduct related to sale of World Cup tickets, abuse of travel expenses and destroying evidence. He also faces a fine of £70,800.
