Bill Cosby: Rapper Kanye West Says Comedian Is 'Innocent'
“BILL COSBY INNOCENT," West tweeted Tuesday. Cosby is currently facing an aggravated indecent assault charge, while more than 40 women have made allegations against him in the past.
